LOOK: PhilHealth on Saturday reported that 98 percent of the allegedly missing P15 billion worth of funds has already been liquidated as of March 31.

“Ito ay katunayang pinakinabangan ito ng mga pasyente at hindi ng bulsa ng sinoman,” the state health insurer’s statement reads.
